What we are actually signing leases at on comparable properties, in your specific attendance zone, right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you get back<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What it rents for today,<\/strong> based on our own recent lease comps rather than a public estimate.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>What it would rent for after specific work,<\/strong> itemized &mdash; and which of that work actually pays back and which does not.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>How long we expect it to sit,<\/strong> and what timing the lease should be written to.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>What we would do first<\/strong> if we took it over on Monday.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>A straight answer on whether you should rent it or sell it.<\/strong> Sometimes the answer is sell, and we will say so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What it costs, and what happens next<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing, and no obligation. You do not have to hire us, list with us, or sit through a presentation. Plenty of the analyses we run end with an owner deciding to keep self-managing, and that is a perfectly good outcome &mdash; they know what their property is worth now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not going to add you to a drip campaign.
